Support for online teaching

Workshops 

Information literacy and study support workshops are available online through Canvas. 
Request a workshop via the online form. They can offer you:

  • Live presentations in your Collaborate Ultra sessions
  • Pre-recorded instructional videos via Studios
  • Online content in how to search for library resources 
  • Assessment-focused study support resources tailored for your students

Learning materials

The library have a dedicated support team providing help with reading lists, online resources and copyright.

Where can students go for Library or study support help? 

Library information services and study support services are available via Ask the Library chat and email. 
They ensure a prompt and tailored response to each student.
Monday to Friday: 9 am-8.30 pm
Weekends: 10 am-4.30 pm
