Create a Quiz with Google Forms

We all know that Google Forms are an easy and handy way to design questionnaires and surveys; however, few people know that Google Forms can also be used to create a quiz with correct and incorrect answers for questions with multiple choices, checkboxes, or drop-down options. For the purposes of this blog, I will assume that you already know how to create a Google Form, if you don’t know how to do so and require some assistance please visit our How To: Google Apps page. Setting up a new Quiz
- Go to forms.google.com
- Click on Blank Quiz from the template
- Build your questions
Converting a form to a Quiz
- Open an existing form or create a new one
- Click on Setting
- Click QUIZZES
- On next to Make this a quiz, move the slider to the right
- Configure the Quiz options
- Click Save
Assigning points to questions and answer feedback
- In the questions area, bottom left click ANSWER KEY
- Choose how many points the question is worth
- Select the correct answer from the options
- Click ADD ANSWER FEEDBACK
- Enter the feedback you would like displayed to students for INCORRECT ANSWERS and CORRECT ANSWERS
- Click Save
Once you complete your quiz, can proceed to share it with your students.
